Senior Officer, Marketing

About the Role

You will be working closely with the team to gain some hands-on experience and deliver some brand & creative materials/ projects/ campaigns to pave the way for your career in marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Cultivate and foster positive relationships with influencers partners and internal stakeholders

• Lead end-to-end event management including the planning coordination and execution of brand activations workshops and large-scale events

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across a diverse ecosystem including Corporate Brands NGOs and Startups to drive mutual growth

• Identify meaningful influencer profiles for content creation across social media platforms. Ability to implement influencer marketing strategies that support overarching marketing goals and boost brand visibility

• Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram YouTube Facebook Thread and LinkedIn. Proficiency in platform-specific algorithms best practices and content formats

• Measure and interpret campaign performance metrics as well as extract actionable insights from data

• Assist in conducting market research competitor monitoring & analysis

The success of this role will be measured by:

• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices strategies and industry standards

• Ability to use AI tools to work smart streamlining workflows and enhancing day-to-day productivity and creativity

• Strong networking skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally to external corporate and community partners

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting interactions with third parties and handling complex projects

• Self-motivated highly organized and flexible with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a collaborative team and autonomously as required

About you

• 3 years of hands-on marketing experience

• Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related disciplines

• Strong project management skills accuracy and detail-minded

• Excellent communication skills and strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong sense of ownership - you are instrumental to our success and the owner of your own growth!
