Capital Markets Business Analyst

As a Capital Markets Business Analyst you will build and operate the systems that power Performativs investment platform ensuring reliable data and smooth workflows across client-facing processes. You will work hands-on with data tooling and stakeholders to solve problems improve operations and deliver a high quality client experience.

What youll do

• Own the integrity of portfolio and trading data across custodians trading venues and internal systems

• Support the development of validation reconciliation and automation tooling used across the business

• Investigate and resolve data issues in collaboration with Operations Product and investment teams

• Communicate directly with clients when issues arise providing clear updates and timelines

• Manage data migration and reconciliation processes during new client onboardings

• Work with Product and Tech teams to improve data flows from ingestion to reporting

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and contribute to automation initiatives

• Help improve data management practices and visibility as the platform scales

What were looking for

• Experience in financial services such as asset management wealth management private equity banking or fintech

• Strong understanding of financial data from operations middle office or back office roles

• Working knowledge of Python SQL PowerQuery or BI tools for analyzing and resolving data issues

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets

• Experience with capital markets data custodian data and data migration processes

• Understanding of listed market execution flows is a plus

• Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

• Proactive approach with a sense of ownership
