Purpose of Role
Create standoutdesignwork for One Green Bean. Reporting to theMidweightDesigner youllcreate designs motiondesignand video generatevisualideasandsupport on the production of brilliant work from the agency.
You will be an ambassador for creativity at One Green Bean and helpestablishthe creative credentials of the agency in Havas Village and amongst our competitors.
The role requires a solid grounding in graphicdesign motiondesignand video/editing with strong layout and typographic skills at the heart of your work. You will live and breathe the latest trends and share your findings with others. Collaboration is key to working at One Green Bean and a can-do attitude and a degree of flexibility is important.

Content creationand conceptual design

An eye for the nextbig thingin designvideoand motion graphics.
We need someone that lives and breathes design on all fronts across all platforms especially for design and best in practice multiple mediums.
Someone who has fully experimented with AI and integrated it into their workflow.
Someone who has the potential to make anything look beautifulchallenging the norm and striving for the best.
Think creatively andspottingproactivedesignopportunities.
Extend creative concepts to other areas of One Green Beanexpertisewhere relevant.
Present creative solutions with enthusiasm and zeal to agency partners
Identifyopportunities to creatively grow your brands and clients
Suggestproactive ideas that are pertinent to your brands and clients

Across a varied range of clients working on projects that include:
Social media:(Design/Video/Motion)
Creating static and video assets for a leading automotive brandssocial channels
Supporting on concepting and creative planning for social shoots
Case studies: (Design/Video/Motion)
Presentation Materials:(Key Visuals /Mock-ups / Deck design and layout)
Mentored by / and support to the wider studio Creative Directors andMidweightDesigners.
KnowledgeSkillsand Experience Required for the Role
Amazing eye for detail
Motion Graphics
Mock-up skills in Photoshop and AI
Competent with Adobe CC
Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Ability to articulate creative ideas
Graphic/Motion Design related degree
A degree of flexibility
Acan-doattitude
Desire to learn and share skills with others
