• Support monitoring and observability for our platforms using Prometheus Grafana and Zabbix (metrics dashboards and alerts).

• Knowledge of Kubernetesbased platforms is a plus including understanding how workloads and services run in containerized environments.

• Help onboard new systems into the observability stack and improve existing monitoring setups.

• Assist with user and access management configuration updates and minor improvements on monitoring platforms.

• Maintain and create documentation related to monitoring observability and platform standards.

• Provide occasional support for platform maintenance tasks such as patching of product environments.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Information Technology Computer Science or any other related field

• Basic knowledge of Operation Systems focus on Linux

• Familiar with the engineering of applications through e.g. low coding scripting containerization

• Good understanding of network fundamentals

• Structured and analytical working methods

• Fluency in English as well as communication and team skills complete your profile further languages are a plus

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
