We are looking for an English-speaking Corporate Services Manager with an international background to lead and develop our corporate services offering for international companies expanding into Brazil.
Based in São Paulo this role combines client advisory team management and coordination of accounting tax payroll and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Brazilian business environment and is able to support international clients in structuring and operating their local presence efficiently from incorporation to ongoing operations.
MISSIONS
Act as a key point of contact for international clients providing guidance and best practices to operate successfully in Brazil:
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of corporate services: accounting tax payroll and legal compliance in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Manage and develop the Corporate Services team (planning supervision of A/P-A/R bank reconciliations payroll reporting)
Review financial statements (P&L balance sheet) and ensure accuracy before client delivery
Supervise monthly and annual tax and statutory compliance processes
Support clients in budgeting forecasting and financial structuring
Ensure high-quality reporting and provide strategic insights to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and local authorities
PROFILE
46 years of experience in accounting corporate services or advisory environment
Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
Strong understanding of Brazilian accounting tax and compliance environment
Fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus)
Strong client-facing and communication skills with a business-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities
Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team
