Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager as the Inside Sales Representative Bilingual at Lifestyle Home Products you are primarily responsible for actioning leads nurturing relationships and setting appointments with potential clients.
This role involves using various communication channels including but not limited to phone calls emails and social media to reach out to prospective customers qualify leads and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate is highly motivated customer-oriented and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours: Full-time 37 hours a week Shifts - Evenings and Weekends Pay - $20 Hourly plus commission
Position Overview
Respond to inbound inquiries fromhomeowners
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects
Qualify potential customers based on project needs
Schedule in-home appointments for outside sales representatives
Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly targets
Providea professional and positive customer experience on every call
Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales a call center or appointment setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
