Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Data Entry Clerk for a manufacturing warehouse located in White!

Qualifications for Data Entry Clerks:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.

• Must have strong data entry skills.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Data Entry Clerks:

• Enter and update data in company databases and warehouse management systems.

• Verify accuracy of data before inputting and correct and discrepancies.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records of inventory shipments and orders.

• Process shipping and receiving documentation.

• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting.

• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Generate reports as needed for supervisors and management.

• Follow company procedures for data confidentiality and security.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
