Job Summary
Profile - Pre Sales Engineer VoIP / Dialer / Asterisk
Location- Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather technical and functional requirements.
Design and propose VoIP and Dialer-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
Deliver product presentations and live demos of Asterisk-based solutions.
Prepare solution documentation network diagrams and architecture plans.
Collaborate with sales engineering and project teams to finalize deliverables.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support POCs test setups and pilot deployments.
Keep updated with new VoIP technologies protocols and competitive products.
Assist in solution training for internal teams and partners.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP RTP IAX.
Experience in working with VICIdial or other Asterisk-based dialers.
Ability to troubleshoot call flow issues using logs and tools like Wireshark.
Understanding of dialer functionalities: campaigns call routing IVR queues agent interfaces etc.
Basic knowledge of CRM APIs and integration concepts.
Hands-on with Linux environments and basic scripting (bash cron).
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
