About Us

MultiBase is an AI-driven Business Intelligence company based in Germany. We help companies make better decisions through our proprietary DECIDE methodology world-class consulting and soon-to-be-launched enablement platform. We are currently launching our YouTube channel and scaling our content engine and we need a video editor who can make our frameworks and ideas visually unforgettable.

We are looking for someone who does not just cut footage together but truly understands visual storytelling. Someone who can take a talking head video and transform it into something visually compelling through custom motion graphics purposeful animations and smart visual effects. Someone who understands that every element on screen should serve the content not just fill space.

Tasks

What You Will Work On

• Editing long-form YouTube videos (typically 510 minutes talking head format) focused on BI methodology frameworks and thought leadership
• YouTube channel content: framework explainer videos methodology breakdowns and thought leadership pieces
• Creating short-form content for Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and Meta ads (9:16 and 1:1 formats)
• Producing landing page and corporate videos with a clean minimal professional look
• Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips optimized for different platforms

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Strong motion graphics and custom animation skills (After Effects or equivalent)
• Proven experience in video editing for B2B or corporate content
• AI-assisted workflow: You use AI tools (for transcription rough cuts subtitle generation thumbnail concepts etc.) as a default not as an afterthought
• Ownership mentality: You dont wait for feedback on obvious issues you fix them flag them and move on
• Proactive communication: You share progress flag delays early and dont disappear
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand identity across different formats and platforms
• Fast turnaround and reliable structured communication
• An eye for quality you should care about the details without being asked
• Nice to have: YouTube thumbnail design experience

This Role Is Not For You If

You want to just execute briefs. We need someone who thinks about content strategically proposes ideas and continuously raises the quality bar.
