Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from stock or place special orders to fill invoices
• Load delivery vehicle with necessary parts and ensure safe timely deliveries to wholesale customers
• Process returns with the Parts Counterperson or Parts Manager
• Pick up parts or supplies from outside vendors as required
• Ensure all parts are paid for upon delivery and secure signatures from charge account customers
• Hand collected payments and signed invoices promptly to the cashier
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and coworker
• Ensure delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any service issues to the Parts Manager
• Assist with the check-in process for daily deliveries and help organize inventory
• Keep storage areas clean organized and clearly labeled
• Support stock replenishment and assist with bin counts for inventory management
• Adhere to all traffic laws driving safely and courteously
• Deliver parts according to route instructed by Parts Manager and communicate regarding most efficient routes for delivery
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
• Effective communication organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly approachable and maintains a positive outlook
• Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
