Fabricator

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing this role you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise high-quality components and assemblies that meet strict industry standards. Your expertise in various fabrication techniques welding processes and blueprint interpretation will be essential to delivering exceptional products efficiently and safely. Duties

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints schematics and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
• Operate power tools hand tools plasma cutters press brake machines and machining equipment to cut shape and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques to join metals securely according to ASME codes & standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy of fabricated parts.
• Execute pipe threading frame/guard manufacturing and assembly of mechanical components with rigging and mechanical knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices crane operation forklift handling and power tool usage.
• Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving plasma cutting press brake operations machining soldering and assembly tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication skills.
• Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding methods.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with calipers tape measures hand tools power tools plasma cutters press brake machines and other fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge including pipe threading rigging procedures and assembly techniques.
• Sheet metal experience a plus.
• Machining experience a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a construction or manufacturing environment.
