Construction Superintendent (Full-Time On-Site) Location: North Metro Atlanta & Northeast Georgia
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the key point of contact for all on-site execution and play a critical role in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee all on-site construction activities from project initiation through completion
- Ensure adherence to project plans schedules and quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors and site personnel
- Monitor project progress budgets and resource allocation
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications
- Interpret and work from blueprints drawings and technical documents
Required Qualifications - Strong experience in construction site management and field operations
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery within deadlines and budgets
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with institutional or large-scale construction projects
- OSHA safety certification or similar credentials
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an advantage
