Construction Superintendent

Location: North Metro Atlanta & Northeast Georgia

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the key point of contact for all on-site execution and play a critical role in driving project success.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from project initiation through completion
• Ensure adherence to project plans schedules and quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors and site personnel
• Monitor project progress budgets and resource allocation
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership teams
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications
• Interpret and work from blueprints drawings and technical documents

• Strong experience in construction site management and field operations
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery within deadlines and budgets
• Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Experience with institutional or large-scale construction projects
• OSHA safety certification or similar credentials
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an advantage

• Projects are delivered on time within budget and to high-quality standards
• Worksites operate safely with minimal incidents
• Teams and subcontractors are well-coordinated and productive
• Communication flows effectively between all stakeholders
