Location & Travel Expectations:
This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood SC
This role requires daily attendance in the office with regular in-person meetings and events.

Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain or a related technical field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferably in a Logistics Equipment Repair role.
SAP ERP Certification preferred
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Focuses on maintenance and reliability best practices preferred
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Offered by APICS useful for planning and inventory control preferred
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) For process improvement and efficiency preferred
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Certification Specialized training in TPM principles preferred
OSHA Safety Certification For compliance with workplace safety standards preferred
Material handling equipment (forklifts/FFZ) battery systems trailers and preventive maintenance programs preferred.
TPM principles automotive manufacturing processes safety standards and spare parts management
Data analysis tools (Excel Power BI) ERP systems (SAP) and maintenance planning software
Equipment lifecycle management reliability engineering concepts and compliance requirements in industrial environments.
Analytical thinking attention to detail problem-solving strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
