THE POSITION:

• Supervise lead and support Security Officers on shift.
• Coordinate rosters payroll queries and daily administration tasks.
• Conduct patrols and ensure site security compliance.
• Respond to alarms incidents behavioural issues and emergencies.
• Complete reports logs investigations and shift handovers.
• Operate security systems including Uniguard CCTV and access control.
• Conduct inductions contractor escorts and delivery movements.
• Promote professional standards safety and policy compliance.

THE PERSON:

• Certificate III in Security Operations with current Security and Crowd Control Licence.
• Current First Aid / CPR qualification.
• Strong communication skills with confident report writing ability.
• Competent computer skills across reports and security systems.
• Current manual drivers licence with strong reliability and fitness.
• Previous hospital healthcare or high-risk site experience desirable.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with conflict resolution skills.
• Professional calm under pressure alert and flexible with rotating rosters.
