Hourly Rate: 13.46 per hour
- Location: Lichfield Office Based
- Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (8:00am4:00pm or 9:00am5:00pm on a rota basis)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Support Advisor to join a busy office-based team in Lichfield. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support customers and internal teams ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the external sales team with customer queries quotations and order processing
- Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery
- Keep customers updated throughout the order process to ensure excellent service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated customer base
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate information on products pricing and lead times
- Work with procurement on pricing availability and direct deliveries
- Maintain customer records monitor KPIs and support contractual obligations
- Assist with reporting client meetings non-conformance logs and provide team cover when required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an office-based or customer service role
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive flexible and team-oriented approach
- Able to work independently using own initiative
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external contacts
