ME Engineer Laser Machine

Qualification: Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

1. Job Summary
The ME Engineer will be responsible for equipment maintenance programming and
troubleshooting with a strong focus on laser engraving machines and other production line
equipment ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

2. Key Responsibilities
Understand and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 OHSAS
18001:2007 and QC080000:2012 standards.
Perform daily inspection preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment as
per equipment management procedures.
Handle machine commissioning and setup to meet production line requirements.
Perform production parameter setting and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns and abnormalities efficiently.
Hands-on experience in:
o Laser Engraving Machine programming & maintenance
o Ultrasonic Machine maintenance
o Wave Soldering Machine maintenance (JT preferred)
o Glue Dispenser programming & maintenance
o Cutting Machine programming & maintenance
o CCD Machine programming & troubleshooting
o Shuttle Conveyor systems
Provide training to operators for proper usage of machines and fixtures.
Maintain machine logs documentation and service records.
Ensure adherence to safety quality and operational standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

3. Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of laser engraving machines and production equipment
Experience in machine programming and troubleshooting
Understanding of EMS manufacturing processes
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle multiple machines and production issues
