Facilities Manager shall be responsible for the managing and delivery of services for multi-locations across Schneider account in Thailand.
This role involves managing maintenance safety compliance and budgetary aspects to ensure that all facilities meet organizational standards and provide a safe functional environment for employees and clients. Key responsibilities are:
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities within the region ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop facility management teams promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the operational budget for the region ensuring cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are safe functional and well-maintained.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations performance metrics and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Project Management: Lead facility-related projects including renovations relocations and expansions ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facility operations with organizational goals and objectives. Point of contact for the operations on sites.
Any other assignments: The Company reserves the right to assign you with such other reasonable duties and responsibilities from time to time in addition to your normal duties.

Education and Experience
- A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering real estate or facility management.
- More than 10 years practical experience in property or facility management.
- At least 6 years of management experience managing a team of technical and operations personnel.
- Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Management experience with strong interpersonal decision-making and people skills.
