Communications Advisor

Were looking for a Communications Advisor to support the design and delivery of engaging internal and external communications that help people understand where the business is heading align our people and build confidence with key stakeholders.

This is more than a content role and plays a key part in supporting ETEL through its next phase of evolution. Youll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business translating complex information into messages that are clear practical and impactful while also being someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making things happen.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and delivery of internal and external communication strategies
• Creating engaging content across a range of channels including intranet newsletters presentations social media and the website
• Coordinating communications for organisational initiatives events and change programmes
• Partnering with leaders to support effective employee communication and engagement
• Ensuring messaging is aligned with ETELs values tone of voice and brand
• Supporting media stakeholder issues and reputation communications as required
• Using digital tools and smart processes to continuously lift communication quality and efficiency

About you:

• Proven experience in communications public relations or a related field
• Strong writing editing and content development skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence translating complex or technical information into clear engaging messages
• Comfortable working at both a strategic and handson level in a dynamic operational manufacturing environment
• Strong relationshipbuilding skills and sound judgement
• Digitally confident proactive and solutionsfocused
