The Digital and Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving successful commercialization of partnered product portfolios. The role will focus on partner coordination sales and service enablement application training and integration of digital solutions to strengthen solution based selling and create market differentiation. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners managing ongoing coordination planning and execution
Maintain operating rigor with partners and internal stakeholders through structured reviews and alignment
Drive commercialization and market adoption of partnered products across assigned regions
Support forecasting planning and PSI processes in coordination with internal teams and partners
Work closely with service teams to support the installed base and address customer issues and escalations
Enable sales teams through demos sales tools presentations and clear value positioning
Coordinate and deliver product and application training programs in collaboration with application teams
Drive integration and promotion of digital solutions as part of broader solution offerings
Capture customer and market insights to continuously strengthen execution positioning and capability
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Life Sciences/ Business or a related field
10 years of significant experience in Medical Devices MedTech or technologyenabled healthcare domains (Critical Care Neonatal MIC etc)
Strong handson exposure to complex solutionbased products
Experience working with partnerled or distributordriven business models
Familiarity with structured processdriven organizations
Willingness to travel extensively across regions
Desired Characteristics
Strong product understanding with the ability to independently support sales and customer interactions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex product and digital concepts in a simple customerfocused manner
Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional coordination capability
Commercial mindset with experience in training enablement and execution
High ownership adaptability and execution focus
