We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Intermediate to support data management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry maintaining records and assisting with clerical and system-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into databases and Excel systems
Work with internal systems such as:
Environmental Management System (EMS)
Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS)
Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure regulatory procedures are followed
Manage high volumes of work with changing priorities and deadlines
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Perform filing scanning copying and document organization tasks
Support portal activities and assist with administrative duties as required
Troubleshoot basic issues and adapt quickly to new processes
Work independently and within a team environment
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant data entry or clerical experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with:
DRAS (Digital Regulatory Assurance System)
ERKS (Electronic Records Keeping System)
EMS (Environmental Management System)
Experience working within a Canadian public sector environment
Familiarity with secure electronic document exchange processes
Experience using Microsoft Outlook (email calendar task management)
