Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Intermediate
Location: Edmonton AB
Duration: 10 Months
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Alberta Time)
- Lunch Break: 1 Hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Intermediate to support data management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry maintaining records and assisting with clerical and system-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into databases and Excel systems
- Work with internal systems such as:
- Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS)
- Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure regulatory procedures are followed
- Manage high volumes of work with changing priorities and deadlines
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform filing scanning copying and document organization tasks
- Support portal activities and assist with administrative duties as required
- Troubleshoot basic issues and adapt quickly to new processes
- Work independently and within a team environment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of relevant data entry or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- DRAS (Digital Regulatory Assurance System)
- ERKS (Electronic Records Keeping System)
- EMS (Environmental Management System)
- Experience working within a Canadian public sector environment
- Familiarity with secure electronic document exchange processes
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook (email calendar task management)
