Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Intermediate

Location: Edmonton AB

Duration: 10 Months

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Alberta Time)
  • Lunch Break: 1 Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Intermediate to support data management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry maintaining records and assisting with clerical and system-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into databases and Excel systems
  • Work with internal systems such as:
    • Environmental Management System (EMS)
    • Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS)
    • Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure regulatory procedures are followed
  • Manage high volumes of work with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform filing scanning copying and document organization tasks
  • Support portal activities and assist with administrative duties as required
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and adapt quickly to new processes
  • Work independently and within a team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant data entry or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with:
    • DRAS (Digital Regulatory Assurance System)
    • ERKS (Electronic Records Keeping System)
    • EMS (Environmental Management System)
  • Experience working within a Canadian public sector environment
  • Familiarity with secure electronic document exchange processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook (email calendar task management)
