Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Newport OR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene grooming and mobility
- Provide direct patient care in residential and treatment settings
- Support patients in substance use recovery programs using trauma-informed care
- Monitor and document patient status behavior and vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment
- Document care accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Follow all facility safety protocols and confidentiality standards
- Support patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Assist with night shift operations and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Oregon required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Ability to work night shifts and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Pre-employment drug screening required
