Job Summary
Automotive Parts Manager
Ryan Nissan
Were looking for a driven organized and hands-on Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep everything running like a well-tuned engine.
If you know your way around inventory can lead a team without babysitting and understand that great customer service matters just as much behind the counter as it does on the showroom floor we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Parts Department operations
- Manage inventory levels ordering and returns to maximize profitability
- Build strong relationships with service technicians and retail/wholesale customers
- Lead train and motivate parts staff
- Maintain accurate records pricing and stocking strategies
- Ensure fast efficient parts flow to keep the service drive moving
Requirements:
- Previous automotive parts experience (management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and inventory control
- Leadership skills with a no-nonsense team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Nissan systems is a plus (but not required)
