We are one of the leading providers of M&A and transaction support services in Greece.The Deals& StrategyTransaction Services teamworks side-by-side with senior members of our clients teams to create tangible and sustainable value from their M&A transactionsandoffers comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Our services include financial / business due diligence services advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements reviewing completion accounts to safeguardvalueand conducting special purpose assignments (e.g.deal analytics and data-driven insights vendorassistance).We help clients assess the financial health and potential risks or opportunities of target companies ensuring informed decision-making.

At Deals & Strategy Transaction Services you will have the opportunity to work on high profile M&A transactions to increase your visibility to senior members of our clients management teams and build lasting relationships as their trusted advisor. You will also become part of a high achieving collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing thoughtleadershipand the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses.

As part of our team you will:

• Analyze complex financial information and apply valuation techniques to support strategic decision-making

• Create engaging marketing materials such as presentations and pitch books that impress and persuade

• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and deliver data-driven financial analyses that inform critical investment decisions

• Support dealexecution andstreamlineprocesses to ensure excellent outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams(e.g.tax legalESG)to enhance performance and drive innovation

• Workwithadiverseclient base consistingprimarilyoflarge Greek and Multinational corporates domestic and foreign Private Equity fundsBanksand financial investors

• Interact with C-suite executives gaining valuableexperiencein communication and relationship management

• Build strong relationships with clients fostering trust and collaboration

What you bring matters

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university(Bachelorsand / orMastersdegree)relevant to any of the followingdisciplines: Finance Economics AccountingBankingMathematics Engineering Management Science & Technology BusinessAdministrationor relevant discipline;

• 0-1 year of relevant working experience

• Willingness to study towardsacquiringahigh-profileprofessional qualification(e.g. ACCA ACA CFA)

• Understanding of accounting and reporting standards (such as IFRS Greek GAAP)awareness of related financial statement risksand valuation techniques

• Proficient in MS Office applicationswith advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English both verbal and written

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach

• Self-motivated and driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindseteagerto invest in their own personaldevelopmentand professionalgrowth
