Contract: 5/04/2026 - 10/30/2026

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days Onsite Required)

Pay Range: $24.65/HR Paid Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking a Markets Support Analyst to join a high-performing Securities Lending Middle Office & Operations team supporting trading desks across Stock Loan Corporate Bonds and Equity Financing.

This role sits at the center of trading activity and is responsible for trade support reconciliation settlement and risk management in a fast-paced high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and thrives under pressure while managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for Securities Lending / Stock Loan and trading desks
• Assist with trade matching settlement and lifecycle processing
• Resolve settlement exceptions and reconciliation breaks
• Monitor and manage risk exposure and collateral requirements
• Process recall requests wires and journal entries
• Ensure accurate cash movement and trade settlement in market systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across internal and external systems
• Partner with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely trade completion
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide clear reporting on risk items

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to multitask in a high-volume deadline-driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Experience with:
• Reconciliation / break resolution
• Trade settlement or financial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in:
• Securities Lending / Stock Loan
• Middle Office / Trade Support / Markets Operations
• Knowledge of:
• Trade lifecycle and settlement processes
• Collateral management and risk exposure
• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
