Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Supervisor for a warehouse located in Marietta!

Qualifications for Supervisors:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have heavy manufacturing experience.

• Must be available to work any assigned shift withing 24/7 operations.

• Two or more years of proven success in a production supervisory role or equivalent in manufacturing.

• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organization control of operations and internal customer service.

• Proficiency in conflict management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Supervisors:

• Responsible for all operations including shipping receiving inventory manufacturing maintenance planning scheduling and safety within the team and shift assigned.

• Lead motivate and support a large team with time-sensitive and demanding environment including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.

• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets reduce cost per unit eliminate errors and deliver excellent customer service.

• Measure productivity by analyzing performance data and activity reports.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.

• Work closely with HR and Plant Manager to ensure that activities remain complaint.

• Update and approve employee timesheets.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: 6:00PM-6:00AM (**Call for more information)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
