As a Security Officer - Medical Center - Overnight Shiftin Frankfort KY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings hallways parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and other assigned areas while maintaining awareness of visitor activity access control concerns and/or potential policy violations.
• Support hospital and clinic operations by assisting with directions de-escalation and reporting of security-related concerns involving patients visitors staff and/or property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Required hospital vaccinations must be obtained and/or provided as a condition of assignment.
• This position is located in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
