As a Construction Project Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in translating project plans into onsite execution. You will collaborate closely with clients subcontractors engineering teams and internal stakeholders to proactively manage schedules costs and quality. This role provides meaningful ownership real decisionmaking authority and the chance to influence outcomes on highimpact energy infrastructure projects.

How youll make an impact
- Manage construction projects from tender handover through site completion
- Review estimates schedules and RFQ packages to support effective execution
- Lead premobilization planning and site readiness activities
- Support site managers through kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination
- Oversee change order tracking validation and documentation
- Ensure quality activities asbuilts and ITPs are completed and recorded
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain cost and scope alignment
- Conduct site visits and provide handson construction support as needed
Your background
- Experience managing construction or sitebased projects
- Knowledge of subcontracting change management and site coordination
- Ability to work across schedules drawings and contract documentation
- Strong collaboration organization and communication skills
- Comfort working in active construction environments
- Willingness to complete internal site management certification
