Overview:
Product Development Engineer supports product development production quality and engineering alignment by inspecting samples at factory sites approving readiness for shipment and assisting with mass production inspections. Monitors product consistency identifies quality issues and conducts competitive benchmarking to support product requirements. Reviews Product Specification Sheets (PSS) for alignment with engineering drawings identifies risks or gaps and assists with testing validation and performance verification.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing or related field)
• Experience working with factories and manufacturing partners
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across regions
• Ability to travel internationally to factory sites as needed including China Indonesia Malaysia and around Hong Kong
• Experience interpreting and reading engineering drawings
• Experience with outdoor heating products or similar categories
• Experience in consumer product development and manufacturing
