Job Summary
We are seeking Site Engineersto support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects (50MW)across Europe and international markets.
Working closely with Construction Managers and Project Teams you will play a key role in site coordination quality assurance and digital integration ensuring works are delivered safely efficiently and in line with design and programme requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Site Coordination & Execution
Support day-to-day site operations across civil structural and MEP works
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are executed in line with drawings and specifications
Assist in managing site logistics sequencing and workface planning
Ensure accurate setting out surveying and technical support on site
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Monitor works to ensure compliance with project specifications standards and quality requirements
Conduct inspections snagging and verification of completed works
Ensure all documentation and records are maintained accurately
Support implementation of quality control procedures
3. Health & Safety
Promote and support a strong health & safety cultureon site
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
Assist in risk assessments and method statement reviews
Report and escalate any safety concerns or incidents
4. Programme & Progress Support
Work with Planning and Construction teams to track progress against programme
Identify potential delays or coordination issues and escalate accordingly
Support implementation of short-term planning and lookahead schedules
5. Digital & BIM Integration
Support the use of digital tools BIM models and data platformson site
Assist in integrating design models with construction activities (4D where applicable)
Ensure accurate capture of site data for reporting and analysis
Contribute to digital workflows and process improvements
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with contractors supervisors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues
Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

You are a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in complex construction environments. You enjoy being on site working closely with teams and ensuring high standards of delivery.
You have an interest in digital construction methodsand want to be part of a company pushing innovation in the industry.
Experience Required
38 years experience in a Site Engineer role
Experience on Data Centre / Mission Critical / MEP-intensive projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on site
Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
Key Skills
Strong technical and problem-solving ability
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work in fast-paced high-performance environments
