Transport Compliance Administrator

The role:

As a Transport Compliance Administrator at Next you will work closely with the Transport Quality Manager to create basic transport processes and review/analyse fleet and driver compliance/financial information in order to improve service and lower costs. This is a key role working Monday - Friday within the Transport Compliance team at our flagship distribution centre E3. As an Administrator you will use your experience to ensure consistency and accuracy across transport systems.

What youll take on

You will be responsible for

• Generating statistics and data for the transport management teams and the wider business
• Producing regular reports to agreed deadlines.
• Producing and distributing financial and compliance KPIs highlighting any common themes trends and discrepancies.
• Update the Quality Management System and Transport website with key process changes
• In order to manage costs you will process all assigned purchase order numbers and invoices as and when necessary

Previous experience of working within an administrative role with intermediate to advanced PC skills in Google Suite is essential. A knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage. You will have excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to understand and interpret information documenting it in a clear and concise way.
