Facets Consultants- System Integration

• Perform analysis design coding testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain.
• Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers business needs.
• Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions.
• Estimate work effects deliver timelines quality and quantity of resources require to successfully complete software development activities.
• Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables.
• Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary.
• Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate.

• At least one of the following programming skill sets combination-
• 3 years experience and in SQL Programming. Basic Programming experience in perl or VB Script.
• Strong SQL Programming experience in Sybase Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server platform.
• Knowledge of object oriented design and development.
• Experience in working and utilizing Web Services.
• Working Experience in Microsoft office products including Microsoft word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Projectand Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in Working in a Project team.
• Ability to demonstrate an engaging professional behaviour while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels.
• Adapts to changing business needs conditions and work responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Desired Skills:
• Experience in other TriZetto products including Facets NetworX Care Advance CWS and QNXT.
• Experience in TriZetto Hosting center architecture and processes.
• Work experience in Healthcare IT Industry.
• Consulting and Customer facing experience.
