Position Summary

Werelooking for a motivated Marketing Intern who wantshands-onexperience in real project pursuits brand positioning and culture building efforts. You will support active proposals contribute to content and brand execution and work alongside leadershipto understand how A/E firms win work.

This role is structured to give you meaningful responsibility and visible impact.

WhatYoullDo

• Assistwith proposal and qualification package preparation (layout formatting proofreading graphics coordination)

• Ownsocial media planning and content scheduling(LinkedIn and Meta)

• Maintainproject sheets resumes and marketingmaterials

• Conducttargetmarket and competitor research

• Assistwithconference and event preparation

• Update website contentand marketing assets

• Providegeneralsupportacross marketing and business development initiatives

WhatWereLooking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field

• Strong writing andattention to detail

• Comfortable managingand contributing to social media content

• Organized reliable and proactive

• Familiarwith Microsoft Office

• Experiencewith Adobe InDesign is a plus

• Interest in architecture engineering or thebuilt environmentis helpful but notrequired
