The Opportunity
Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design vendor evaluation and management pricing and funding strategies data analytics valuation support legal compliance and governance strategies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be oriented towards the fulfillment of objectives and to internal and external customer service as they will collaborate with Client and Account Managers from the local Health & Benefits business team.
To support the delivery of that strategy you will:
Process and analyse financial membership and invoice data to support programme design
Manage RFPs with carriers/vendors including preparation distribution and analysis of proposals
Support client deliverables such as renewals plan design and reporting
Handle queries from clients vendors and members escalating when needed
Assist with onboarding enrolment processes and data management (validation cleaning updates)
Support policy renewals claims management and general administrative tasks
Manage invoices including validation reconciliation and commission tracking
Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and support coordination between clients WTW and vendors
QualificationsWhat Youll Bring
Experience in health and benefits (ideally in consulting insurance or outsourcing environments)
University degree (preferably in business or mathematics-related fields)
Fluent in Spanish (Spain) with strong communication skills; good level of English preferred
Experience in customer-facing roles and working with the Spanish market
Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex issues
Customer-focused proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Team player with a collaborative and continuous improvement approach
