Posting Description
Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Analyst/ Associate in the Mergers & Acquisition team you will be a key player in the execution of the firms business. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing valuation analyses
- Working on mergers and acquisitions
- Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close
- Analyzing market data building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations
- Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex real-world business challenges
- Learning how we help clients and communities to grow and polishing your technical skills
- Building your professional network with mentors senior executives and others
Required Qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the front office of a top tier Investment Bank
- Excellent analytical quantitative and communication skills
- Good understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
Knowing your way around Excel PowerPoint and Word
