Key Responsibilities

• 客户关系管理与深耕负责山东区域核心战略客户的全面维护与深度开发重点服务中国重汽中通客车山东五征等主机厂及其关联体系客户

• 独立市场开发具备从0到1开发新客户的能力完成年度新客户开发及销售指标拓展区域市场份额

• 销售全过程管理独立负责从技术交流需求对焦报价谈判合同签订到订单交付回款跟踪的全流程销售工作

• 技术协同与服务作为客户与技术部门的桥梁协调资源解决客户在产品应用技术质量等方面的需求与问题提升客户满意度

• 市场信息洞察收集分析区域市场竞争对手及行业动态信息为公司和销售策略提供决策支持

Qualifications

• 教育背景统招本科及以上学历化学化工材料学高分子材料等相关专业

• 工作经验具备5年以上涂料行业经验了解涂料及销售模式有涂料油墨胶粘剂等化工材料行业销售经验者优先拥有商用车客车工程机械等制造行业客户资源或销售经验者高度优先

• 核心能力出色的客户开发与关系管理能力能独立开拓并维护大型企业客户具备商务谈判技巧技术理解力能够理解产品技术要点与客户技术质量部门进行有效沟通英语能力具备简单的英语沟通能力可阅读并撰写英文工作邮件能看懂技术资料TDS/MSDS等抗压与自驱力能适应经常性出差目标导向在压力下保持高执行力

• 其他持有C1驾照能熟练驾驶车辆
