利用专业的电生理知识和技能为术者提供手术支持确保手术安全顺利进行

熟悉客户手术习惯与术者高效沟通不断精进专业技能在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手术支持

紧跟行业和公司发展趋势主动学习和掌握行业内新理念新技术新产品的优势和使用能够制定针对性可拆解的推广沟通方案

熟练使用新产品数字化等新工具以及新技术协助专业教育团队提升术者理念技能和信心

有效传递新产品新技术的价值不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度以安全高效的方式开展手术服务病患

承担区域内人员的专业赋能培训工作负责新产品新技术相关的专业赋能搭建学习和赋能体系帮助区域内成员专业水平不断进阶

严格遵守公司的合规政策完成上级交予的其他任务

接受一定程度出差
