Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre

The Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre features 82 clean comfortable and fully appointed rooms an indoor pool fitness centre business centre 24-hour front desk and an onsite restaurant/lounge offering room service. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi air conditioning newspapers and parking. Were also a prime location for meetings conferences weddings and events and can efficiently accommodate each.

The Duties

• Supervise and support the food & beverage team to ensure timely friendly and consistent service

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and positive manner creating a warm and welcoming start to their day

• Ensure setup food preparation and cleanliness meet company and food safety standards

• Assist in training and scheduling of staff

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations

• Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

Who You Are

• Positive and outgoing personality

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in food service or hospitality

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Love for building strong relationships with team members our guests and the community

• A desire to have fun at work - when you have fun our guests do too

What You Bring

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food service is required

• Responsible beverage certificate is an asset

• Knowledge of Aloha POS is an asset
