**Qualifications**:- Canadian CPA with a minimum of 4 years in public accounting
- At least 4 years of financial statement audit experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a team lead or in-charge capacity
- Proficiency in GAAP GAAS and either FASB or IFRS
- Experience in reviewing audited financial statements
- Demonstrated staff supervision capabilities
- Strong client relationship management skills
