RO (Sr.) Project Manager (Log & Ind) Bucharest

We are working with a leading international developer and investor in the industrial and logistics sector with a growing pipeline of projects across Romania. As part of their expansion they are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of warehouse and light industrial developments.

Main responsibilities (but not restricted to):

• Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial and logistics projects from concept to handover.
  
• Assess land opportunities from a technical and planning perspective including environmental geotechnical utilities access and zoning.
  
• Manage the full permitting process including zoning approvals building permits and occupancy and ISU requirements.
  
• Prepare and control project budgets timelines and overall cost performance.
  
• Run tendering processes and negotiate contracts with general contractors and suppliers.
  
• Coordinate design contractors and external consultants.
  
• Monitor construction progress ensuring quality timeline and budget adherence.
  
• Work closely with leasing and development teams to support tenant requirements.
  
• Advise tenants on technical solutions and oversee fit-out coordination through to handover.
  
• Prepare regular project reports covering progress budget status risks and key milestones for internal stakeholders and management.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management on the developer or investor side and a solid track record of delivered projects (from A-Z).
  
• Proven track record delivering industrial logistics or warehouse projects in Romania.
  
• Strong understanding of pre-development technical due diligence and permitting processes.
  
• Experience managing contractors budgets and full project lifecycle.
  
• Ability to operate in a client-facing role and engage with tenants on technical matters
  
• Team player strong leadership management and organizational skills
  
• Native Romanian and fluent English.
  
• Valid drivers license (Category B).
