Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote full-time position perfect for a "people person" who is eager to start their career in the recruitment industry.

As a Junior Recruiter you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates helping us identify and attract top talent across various industries. If you are a fresh graduate with exceptional English skills and a drive to succeed we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn job boards social media and internal databases).

  • Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications communication skills and cultural fit.

  • Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel sheets.

  • Communication: Act as a bridge between the company and applicants providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or near-native English fluency (both written and verbal) is a must.

  • Education: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort learning new software tools.

  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities a proactive attitude and excellent "people skills."

  • Environment: A stable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.
