Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Physical Therapist for a hospital-based assignment. This role involves working with a diverse inpatient population including stroke and orthopedic cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to acute care inpatients
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day
Work with stroke and orthopedic patient populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
Follow all safety regulatory and clinical best practices

Acute Care Hospital setting

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (preferred; may consider less experience)
Active state Physical Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment
