Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years contact centre experience
- Proven chat support experience (nonnegotiable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customercentric and empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
