Job Summary
- 16.55 per hour
- Based at our depot in Swindon
- 45 hours per week - 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime hours paid at one and a half times basic hourly rate
- Opportunity to earn up to an additional 2 per hour through a merit scheme

We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base including schools needing extra classrooms commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.
The Role
As part of the depots operations team you will help maintain and prepare our fleet of temporary buildings and portable cabins to ensure units are safe fully functional and ready for customer use. The role involves a range of hands-on tasks from basic cleaning and maintenance to installation of internal fixtures such as doors windows wall partitions kitchens and sanitary ware.
About You
Youll be multi-skilled with expertise in a range of industrial trades such as joinery plumbing and electrics gained from working in construction property maintenance or ideally the temporary or modular building industry.
Youll be someone who strives to meet deadlines whilst always working safely and maintaining quality standards and be able to work effectively with colleagues.
Our work primarily takes place outdoors so you should be prepared to be exposed to extremes of weather as well as being physically able to manoeuvre large temporary building components.
