Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)

(full time; 38.5 hrs./week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate program accreditation processes including the selection of expert panels and the organization of onsite visits

• Prepare and compile accreditation reports in line with legal and regulatory requirements; maintain and update accreditation information on the universitys websites; and participate in relevant conferences workshops and network meetings

• Contribute to the enhancement of the universitys quality culture by emphasizing the internal quality assurance system as a foundation for successful accreditation

• Provide expert advice and guidance on accreditation matters to university stakeholders ensuring accreditation activities are carried out effectively and efficiently

• Provide consultation and effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding academic data-related matters including the analysis and interpretation of data

• Coordinate the annual monitoring of study programs and the overall quality assurance systemand their reports ensuring their effectiveness and supporting the universitys strategic objectives

• Support additional Quality Management departmental activities under the supervision of the Head contributing to overall departmental goals and continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• EQF 6 bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education Business or Quality Management)

• Fluent English required; German desirable

• Experience in program accreditation within the German higher education sector

• Experience in project management data reporting and documentation

• Experience with quality assurance processes and process management

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
