Customer Supply Representative

About the role
As a Customer Supply Representative you will be responsible for managing customer supply activities and acting as a key interface between customers and internal functions. The role focuses on ownership of customer order fulfillment proactive communication and issue resolution to ensure high service levels and strong customer satisfaction.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain professional positive relationships with key customer contacts and internal counterparts in Account Teams Business Groups and Support Teams
• Process customer orders in SAP ensuring compliance with internal controls terms and conditions allowed ship dates and order change windows
• Provide customers with prompt proactive and accurate information regarding order status supply situation issues and complaints
• Actively pursue improved order coverage where gaps exist compared to lead time forecast or contract data
• Resolve customer complaints returns and invoice queries by clarifying customer concerns and coordinating appropriate solutions
  

What you will need

• Businessrelated university or college degree
• 23 years of experience in customer service supply chain order management or a related role
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage
• Strong customerfocused mindset and sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge and strong analytical skills
• SAP or other ERP system knowledge
• Solid understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
