You will lead high-quality play-based programs that are inclusive culturally responsive and grounded in best practices. Through coaching and collaborationyoullbuild strong teams enhance program quality and ensure every child and family feels seen respected and supported. Your leadership will translate strategy into everyday experiences that create belonging and lasting impact.

Youllbring:

• ECE III certification

• 5years experienceinChildCare management or7years related experience in a similar field

• Advanced knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and curriculumdesign;including play-based learning inclusion and culturally responsive programming with the ability to apply research-based practices to enhance learning outcomes.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor directors supervisors and educators to build capacity drive program quality and support continuous professional development.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and enhance program quality using data observations and feedback toidentifygaps implement improvement plans and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Expertisein developing and standardizing curriculum across multiple sites whilemaintainingflexibility to meet diverse community andcentre-specific needs.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to strengthen programming and innovation.

• Commitment to equity inclusion and Truth & Reconciliation with the ability to integrate inclusive practices Indigenous perspectives and diverse learning approaches into curriculum development and program delivery.
