Youllbring:
- 5years experienceinChildCare management or7years related experience in a similar field
- Advanced knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and curriculumdesign;including play-based learning inclusion and culturally responsive programming with the ability to apply research-based practices to enhance learning outcomes.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor directors supervisors and educators to build capacity drive program quality and support continuous professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and enhance program quality using data observations and feedback toidentifygaps implement improvement plans and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Expertisein developing and standardizing curriculum across multiple sites whilemaintainingflexibility to meet diverse community andcentre-specific needs.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to strengthen programming and innovation.
- Commitment to equity inclusion and Truth & Reconciliation with the ability to integrate inclusive practices Indigenous perspectives and diverse learning approaches into curriculum development and program delivery.
