This position sits at the heart of project delivery supporting multiple live civil engineering projects from a commercial and contractual perspective. You will work closely with project teams to ensure contracts are managed effectively and commercial performance is protected.

A large proportion of the work aligns with water utilities and publicsector frameworks. Contracts Managers with experience in water or utilities projects will be particularly well suited though strong civils backgrounds with relevant contractual exposure will also be considered.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an increasing project portfolio there is an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team and support the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects across Ireland.

The Role

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contractual and commercial matters across a number of live civil engineering projects. Working alongside Project Managers and senior leadership you will help ensure projects remain commercially sound while supporting effective project delivery.

The Person

You will be an experienced Contracts or Commercial Manager with a background in civil engineering projects. You will have a solid understanding of contract administration and commercial control and be comfortable working in fastpaced live project environments.

Experience on water utilities or publicsector framework projects will be advantageous.
