CSA Group is offering an exciting summer co-op placement for students pursuing a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. This hands-on opportunity allows you to work alongside experienced Product Safety Engineers and Laboratory Technicians gaining valuable technical and project management skills in a collaborative lab environment.

What Youll Do

• Shadow Product Safety Engineers and Lab Technicians to learn the product certification process and standards.
• Contribute to lab efficiency initiatives including the development and automation of test forms.
• Apply basic electrical theory while exploring new technologies and innovative testing methods.
• Assist in preparing certification documents and other CSA-related documentation.
• Think creatively to improve testing and certification workflows.

What Were Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering program.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced team-oriented lab setting.
• Able to submit a resume and unofficial or official transcript.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
