Job Summary
The Project Coordinatorprovidescomprehensive support totheFederal Express Memphisproject teams atDiversified roleworksclosely with the project management team to help ensure projectdeliverables and milestonesareachievedon time within scope and within budget. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in organizing project activitiesmaintainingaccuratedocumentation andsupportingdaytoday execution to keep project running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
UpdateWeeklyStatus Reports with the Project Management Teamto inform Clients andInternal Leadershipof currentProject Progress
Capture action items during weekly project coordination meetings distributemeeting minutes and follow up to ensuretimelycompletion.
Consolidatekey project informationfor reviewmeetingswith senior management
Organize andparticipatein stakeholdermeetingsto support alignment and communication.
Collaborate with the Project Management and Technical teams to define assignments tasks and subtasks.
Develop implement andmaintainan effective scheduling management system
Coordinateproject timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
Monitorprojectschedulesidentifypotential delays and support mitigation efforts.
Utilize resource loaded schedules to forecastlabor needs
Evaluateperformance against baseline schedules andprepareproject progress reports
Work with finance on project purchase order generation and invoice recognition timing
Assistwith project change noticesand risk registerreview
Create organizeandmaintainproject documentation and folders in Microsoft Teamsand Datto
Serve as a primary communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Respond tocustomerinquiries and providetimelyupdates or clarification on project items
Maintain project dashboards trackers and logs (action items issues decisions RFI logs lessons learned etc.)
Identifyand escalate project risks or issues to the Project Manager and drive follow-up actions.
Track change requests ensuring documentation approvals and communication are completed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineeringbusinessadministration or similar field orequivalent experiencewithautomationprojects
Ability to travel domestically approximately 10%
Proven experience in acoordinationrole within a project-based company
