- Executes and delivers upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Outside Sales role. Includes Prospecting Planning Prioritizing Territory Management Sales Developing Leads and Opportunities as well as using Curbell Selling System CRM and Sales Tools.
- Creates implements and executes a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory. Develops a strong relationship with strategic customers by establishing rapport thus maintaining and growing sales and margin with the existing customer base. - Develops proposals contracts and agreements to secure long term business. Introduces new material to customers and educates them on use and applications. Develops new customers by prospecting and lead follow-up. Sells value-added services and solutions. (Measure with Pipeline Development and GNC)
